Sales and Shipping Policies

Items can be shipped to anywhere in the world using the following shipping rates. Items are shipped using standard ground shipping. Please allow 7-10 days from time of order. 

• A 15% or 20% flat shipping fee is applied at checkout to select locations within the continental United States dependent upon region of the Country. Charges for shipping are determined by shipping address entered and are applied at checkout.  

• A 30% flat shipping fee is applied at checkout for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and all overseas countries outside of the United States.  Charges for shipping are determined by shipping address entered and are applied at checkout.  

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are applied or accepted.  See Policy and Process on Damage Due to Shipping for refunds due to damage during shipping. 

All refund requests and notifications about items damaged during shipping must be received in writing by email notification to Luz within 15 calendar days from the original date of purchase.  Artist may require Buyer to email photographs of the damaged item.  Buyer may also be required to return damaged items by shipping them back to the Artist. Buyer will receive a refund for the total cost of the item plus shipping fees paid, including any shipping of the item back to the Artist if the Artist requests this.  Refund payments may take up to 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the damage and will be issued by the Artist.
